Bohannon Auto Service is the BEST in Springfield! We have a 2 vehicles a Ford 150, and a car Ford 500 they have
serviced both vehicles the past few years. The truck is non capable for the diagnosis machine, a lot of places won't
even look at it, not here they are SUPERIOR in their services, knowledge, cost, and if they don't repair an item they
will forward you to a person that can, again not many places do this. We trust them fully. My husband is retired from
a 40y heavy equipment mechanic he gives Bohannon 's a 10 🌟

These female friendly, wonderful folks have been my "go to" since I moved here, doing work on both my vehicles as needed. And as a female, you will NOT feel like a target with a wallet! They are also reasonably priced. They found and repaired a short in my Honda van, replaced the much-abused battery from the constant drain of a bad side door. Doing front end work for it right now, and when doing the inspection for my husband's Chevy, found that the bearings were bad and replaced them.
You won't go wrong going here for your vehicle's needs.

I highly recommend Bohannon Auto. They do a terrific job. I've been going there for ten years. Exceptional customer service.
I feel very confident in the professional service I have been given when they have worked on my car. I don't feel like they are there to just take my money. They are good at finding what the problem is and fixing it. They go above and beyond by letting me drop my car off and then taking me on to work. They were recommended to me and I certainly recommend them to anyone!

As usual, I was greeted warmly and my car was scheduled for work in a timely manner. My car was left at the shop and I was given a ride to work. I was contacted in a timely manner about what needed to be done to my car and everything was thoroughly explained for my approval. The work was completed by the projected time I was given and I was picked up after work. Beyond good workmanship I have consistently experienced genuine hospitality and care from everyone at Bohannon Auto Services. I recommend this shop to my family and friends regularly.

I won't take my car anywhere else in Springfield. Their price to fix my wheel bearing was cheaper than anywhere else and they care about people. I was at Bohannon one day for an oil change and price quote and again for the actual replacement. Both days, every person who walked in the door was greeted by first name. I have never had a place that was as personable and awesome as Bohannon auto services!!

I was very satisfied. I wish I had mentioned I had nitrogen in my tires wanted the air pressure left alone, maybe that is something you may want to start asking customers? More importantly, I witnessed you serving 2 elderly ladies and 1 college age girl and I was so impressed that I have started recommending you to my friends.

Today I received a very nice letter / reminder (professional) from my Bohannon Auto Services for my truck. I know these people personally. They do good work. Mr. Bohannon is a Master of his trade with 32 years experience. His pardner Mrs. B. has years of experience bossing businesses around, in the Springfield area. (JUST KIDDING) :>)) I know you can trust them to work w/ you to ensure your vehicle is properly and afford-ably maintained. (OK you stop twisting my arm now Mrs. B.) Really they are good people.

I cannot say enough good things about Bohannon Auto Service. They take care of my autos no matter what. Yesterday when my car wouldn't start they came to my place, tested the alternator and battery and had the battery replaced all within an hour of calling them. I had a hunch I wouldn't be able to get it out of the garage once I put it in. When I left Carthage the day before it barely turned over. I called them and asked them if I could bring it in if I could start it the next day. They said yes, and in that case they would give me a ride to work. But, if it didn't start they said they would come out and work on it. Now, that's the kind of mechanic service to have! Thanks a million, Bohannons!

A couple of weeks ago my son had the oil in his car changed there. I want to thank you for being friendly and honest with him. He is learning disabled and several places picked up on it and tried to take advantage of him. He always calls my husband and asks his advice before he chooses a mechanic (my husband is a retired a.s.e. certified mechanic). I told him to continue to use your business. Again.
